Nice property but worst experience from hotels.com
It was an amazing stay. But check in was trouble due to inefficiency of hotels.com. Eventhough i got confirmation from hotel.com regarding booking, when i reached hotel, came to know that there is no booking for me. Atlast i had to book directly with hotel. Recommend you to make booking with the hotel directly at much lower rates. There was also no free breakfast as offered by hotels.com. Felt cheated with no helpline in India available 24hrs. First and last booking with hotels.com. Had to shift hotel in between, dur to unavailability of room, all because of this site. Property was good with nice location, very near to lulu mall. Rooms are good and clean. Nice service from the hotel team.
