Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful to everything we needed. A short walk to the historic downtown, reataurants and shops. Would definitelt stay again.

El área donde se encuentra es súper céntrica. Reservamos la habitación cuádruple y la experiencia no fue agradable. Sólo hay dos enchufes en toda la habitación que supuestamente es para 5 personas (bye baterías de celular, GoPro por que en el cuarto no hay clima, sólo ventiladores de pie). No hay ventanas para ventilación así que es súper húmedo el cuarto ya que está al lado de la lavandería del hotel. Sin embargo, me quedo con ganas de agendar una habitación diferente ya que el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación genial. (Sólo no pidan la habitación grande xD)

I only stayed 1 night. Room for 4, was very comfortable. Friendly staff. We really liked the valet car service as the road at Guanajuato “El Centro” are very narrow.
