Irate customer
The lady at the front desk was really nice. But this hotel doesn't rent to locals. Technically i live 2 towns over so I'm not really local. So i paid what i paid for literally NOTHING!! Hotels. Com won't return emails. When u call u wait forever only to talk to someone you can't understand. So i have been trying to get a refund since the nice of the booking 4 days ago

Lousy service
We stayed for 3 nights and our internet went down during the night on all 3 nights. We had to wait until aftet 10:00 for maintenance to come in to reset the router. We have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times a uear for about the last 10 years or so. I am so disappointed with this hotel this stay I will NEVER stau here again. And the front desk person was very ride every time I called fo let them know that we have no internet
