I am a business owner of a business that travels all over the US. We stay at all types of hotels. This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in with Hotels.com It was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Roaches EVERYWHERE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

This hotel was an unmitigated disaster. Upon check-in, we discovered a roach-infested room. The bathroom was not cleaned with roach guts smashed against the walls and hair slung on the walls. Upon declining to remain, we were refunded 50% of our payment. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. If it was our only choice, we would just sleep in the car.

First room I got when arriving had no outlet cover over a old light switch that they had left wires junctioned in. There were brackets of some sort on the wall behind the bed that could pose a head injury risk. There was a hair tie and some dirt at the foot of the bed signaling cleanliness was an issue. Second room I received the top lock would not lock due to part of the trim work being damaged. Sound did not work on the television for some reason. The windows also need replaced due to a very heavy draft being let in so if someone smokes outside you can smell it in the room. The tubs in both rooms had a blue color around the drain for some reason. Person working the front desk was very helpful with getting us another room.

Although our check in was okay and the clerk was very nice, the room was horrible. We killed 4 roaches on entering the room, empty beer cans sat outside the door, loud music, slamming doors and the nearby train woke us at all hours of the night.

The hotel was closed and did not cancel my reservation until the day of my trip...after I had already traveled out of state, leaving me without a place to stay. Still charged my credit even though I never stayed. Customer service did not answer phone calls when trying to get a refund.

Didn’t get to stay as they locked the door and said they didn’t have any rooms available, even though I booked and prepaid. The lady at the sliding window wasn’t even apologetic and could care less that I was far from home. She even said there were people from Tennessee that also showed up with a reservation and no rooms. She said- “good luck” and closed the window while I was talking and walked away.
