Most horrible night of my 81 years
I am requesting a refund for two days of my stay. The website offered ALL amenities and I was on the fourth floor with no air conditioning. The fans provided were completely ineffective. I had one of the most horrible nights of my 81 years. When I asked for a different room I was charged 59 euros extra per night. The new room had leftover trash in the bathroom INCLUDING cigarette buts in a non smoking room. Completely unacceptable and false claims. I must be given a full refund

Great hotel.
The hotel is small and quiet. Easy access to restaurants and clubs. Loved everything but the lack of air conditioning-however, we stayed during an unusual heatwave. The staff did everything they could to keep us comfortable.

Very Pleased
Location was great as it is away from tourist area. It is quiet there and we did not here much noise from other rooms or outside. We did not realize the property doesn't have AC, which is very important for us. They did have a portable AC which was okay once we put it on a chair so it go reach us both. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend.
