Room was clean and beds and pillows very comfy Was told our breakfast was included when checking in but was disappointed to find it wasn’t so we are offsite as £18 for breakfast per person is a tad high Also £13.50 for parking on the site was also a little expensive per car The restaurant food was lovely and very large portions which we couldn’t manage May be smaller plates for smaller appetites could be considered The staff everywhere were lovely helpful and friendly x

The pool is a bonus, breakfast does not have much if your on a healthy diet. Room are ok, not sound proof so get woken up at 2am. I would strongly recommend not paying more than £120 for a night!

Lovely room with a gorgeous view of the pond and garden. Massive room with everything I needed and a nice sauna/steam room/pool. Sadly there are only 2 vegan options at the restaurant but they are both great, would love to see more. Suitable vegan options at breakfast also. The staff are lovely and helpful, asking me if I wanted any help with luggage upon check in and happy to hold my luggage after check out too whilst I visited the pool. This was my second stay and I really do like it here. Convenient location just off the M4. Look forward to next time.

The spa was closed (main reason for booking) and only found out during check in, however we able to use the spa facilities at their neighbor hotel at The Celtic Manor Resort, which is a gorgeous resort and we got to use the facilities on check in day and after check out too! Was a nice weekend overall.

Overall, this was a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, and the grounds were pleasant. The other facilities, although I didn’t use them, also appeared to be of a good standard. I was surprised that the bathroom did not contain a bath, and although the shower was pleasant enough there was plenty of space for a bath to have been available. The biggest disappointment however was being charged an additional £13.50 per night for parking - I don’t recall seeing this anywhere in the listing information or pre-arrival information (although acknowledge I may have overlooked this) but for the price of the room (which is already high) I would expect parking for guests to be included.
