OK if you are on a budget. Everything is pretty old and tired but at least it all worked. Friendly staff. The family room was good for a family with adult children. It is right on the highway and you have to turn left and make a u-turn to go into Coffs every time which can be a bit frustrating when the traffic is heavy.

The room had one chair only, so we had to sit on the bed to watch tv and eat. The mattress had a dip in it on one side so we kept rolling to that side during the night - very uncomfortable. The air con was dated, and didn’t have temp gauge, so we had to guess at where to turn it to get a comfortable temperature. There was no light in the stairwell leading up to room and uneven ground at the bottom of the stairs, which was awkward, as we arrived after dark.
