Pleasant Stay
The stay and room was fine, The fridge was not overly clean but couldnt fault the room. Breakfast I found was very poor! bot hot! no bowls, no glasses out! Alot of the fruit was empty and there was still 1 hr 30 minutes till breakfast ended.. I feel this come be alot better and the quality improved.

Disappointing stay
There was none of the activities on the website we wanted to do open , when speaking to the desk about the wrong info on the webpage staff said it wasn't there problem and was hotels.com advertising it wrong they where rude and when asked to speak to a manager we where ignored all our stay .made leaving and entering the hotel unwelcome and not comfortable

A decent place to stay
The first thing I didn't realise was that the Spa is a separate company from the hotel and costs £25 pp to use for 2 hours. Looking at the Spa, I decided it wasn't worth it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. It's clean and comfortable, but we did have to ask a second time, after waiting 2 hours, to get bedding for the sofa bed for our kids. To me it felt like a slightly nicer version of a Travelodge or Premier Inn.

A bit of luxury in the hills!
Nice room, car park too small for number of guests. Electric vehicle spots were blocked by non ev cars. When it rains the noise outside the window stops sleep - it’s like someone cooking popcorn.

They don't clean your room,only change the towels and make the bed but nothing else.For a long stay you would expect at least vaccuming and cleaning the mirrors
