    Great location!

    I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I got a free upgrade for my room and the staff was helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It's at perfect location near the square, close to the public transportation, restaurants and shopping stores are nearby.

    Hotel is across from Zara.

    We had a hard time finding the hotel became the sign is very small and it's obstructed by the trees in front (it is right acrossthestreet from Zara). Also there is no self-parking, only valet. So you park in front, check in & they will valet it for you. Otherwise the breakfast is great with lots of options, COVID prevention methods are great, rooms are spaciois and clean, air conditioner is strong and service is good. Only problem with our room was that it was missing 1 set of blinds in our bathroom so we had to bunch the curtains together so no one could see us as we showered.

    Perfect location, Parking is tricky

    When we arrived into the city my GPS took me to where the hotel should be but I could not find it. I tried 2 different GPS coordinates, asked a stranger, and then called the hotel for help. After driving around the block for 30 min I gave up and paid for street parking down the road from where I believed the hotel to be. We then followed GPS walking directions to get to the hotel. The staff were so friendly and after we got checked in they not only upgraded our room free of charge for all the trouble with parking, but they also followed me back to my car and drove us to the hotel and then had it valet parked. The valet parking does have a fee, but I already knew that ahead of time. They were so gracious with helping us out. The room was really great and very clear. The location is in the center of it all and was walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
