Well worth the money and easy drive to Mayo.
Property is doing some remodeling but didn't interfere at all. Due to covid19 we were given a brown bag to-go breakfast that was more than adequate and well thought out. Pleasant front desk associates - both night and day!

Clean, updated modern decor, shampoo and soap in bathroom, if items forgotten at home they will offer items for free, extra blanket, big tv, single serve coffee and pot and refrigerator in room, breakfast was to go items like yogurt, muffins, fruit, cereal, juice, milk, breakfast sandwiches, polite front desk, quiet halls, has a pool and fitness center

Lobby is under construction but friendly front desk guy eased any concerns. Room: Large smudge on window, broken mirror piece behind bed, stain on towel. However, the room itself was nice with fridge and cute window seat. Problem: Could hear people in room above us all night and didn’t get any sleep. Called the front desk at 2:45am and they said nobody else complained. Checked out early, left pajamas, called multiple times but never got them back. For the price it was ok but not sure it’s worth paying for a hotel only to get no sleep. Staff at check in and check out were nice.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and told us good places to eat. Close to everything you need. The frig kinda sucked but did the job. House keeping and breakfast was minimal because of COVID but id stay there again

It was a week long stay for appointments at Mayo clinic. One of the BEST front desk staffs ever, from check in to check out. So nice and helpful. Great location right off hwy, a Walmart just down the road too.
