Service and facilities are a plus. The room is small for the price and noise from the street will keep guest awake at night - we were at Lvl 2. The towel trolley was a permanent fixture outside of the elevator blocking the hallway, it looks as if cleaning is in progress 24x7.

Great staff, good proximity to everything there is to do in Melbourne and the hotel is clean and tidy. The only dampener was that the noise on the street isn’t blocked out in the rooms, potentially the windows need to be double glazed. But overall it was a great stay and would stay again
