This is the second time we have stayed here within the month. We love the pool area and the private beach. The beds are not the most comfortable and neither are the pillows otherwise the room was very clean and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. However, we had to change rooms because they could not get the toilet to work properly and the new room you needed to pay attention when flushing so the same issue did not occur. The fast food restaurants here were my favorites...Subway and Panda Express...only thing missing was Chipolte. We utilized the Kid's Quest...checkin and out very slow but otherwise pleasing. I missed the buffet. The only sit down restaurant that was open when we were there we found the food to be too salty. Also we were disappointed as the hotel appeared to be full but all the gambling tables were closed Monday thru Wednesday. Lastly the ice machines....I was told they could not keep up with people filling their ice chests that's why they were not working. We went from floor to floor and finally found an ice machine working. Most of the machines we checked were totally dry to me meaning not used within many hours. I was told I could use their gift shop to purchase ice at $4.00 a bag. I felt this was unjust as I only wanted ice for my room.
