Hard rock you are rock !!!!
My husband and i first met and spent the holiday together in this hotel 7years ago. Never complain, always had a blast !! The staff always work above and beyond. Just last week we came back from America and brought two of our kids now and still had a wonderful experience, surprise in our bed for our anniversary was also amazing, thank you so much for the warm welcome and nice touch on the surprise and everything. You guys are rock !!!

Great for the kids!
The room was good, except that was a bit moist and had a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. They straight away sent someone to fix the problem, but the smell wasn't completely gone. On the positive side, super friendly staff, good breakfast, amazing pools, just need bit more sun shades and chairs that you don't have to pay for it. 5 star service for the waiter G'day at the restaurant by the pool. Loved the family courtyard.

Location and Ambience
Our stay was pleasant, hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and never fail to greet us. Breakfast buffet selection was good with wide choices. However, the waiters should let the customers make their own coffee instead of taking orders of 4 to 5 cups hogging the coffee machine causing a queue to all the available coffee machines. Signs should be put on the Prawn crackers bottle telling customers not to put their bare hands in to take the crackers, it was so unhygienic. Room was of a good size, well maintained and comfortable. The reason we did not book the hotel transfer was we emailed 2 days before departure to enquire and did not receive a reply till the second day of our stay.
