It’s OK
The hotel is in need of some refurbishment, the mattress on the bed was also quite worn. The staff are super friendly we couldn’t fault them at all. If you want a cheap hotel for the night then this should be ok !

Pleasant stay
Friendly staff and good location. Nearby restaurants and within walking distance of adventure island. The family room has two separate bedrooms which is great. Slight downsides is the room was a bit tired and had slight damp smell. Also there is no blind in bathroom although the glass is obscured you would be able to see through the window from the houses across the street at night.

Pleasant stay at the Muthu, after attending a wedding at the nearby Cliffs Pavillion a 3 minute walk away. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and efficient.

A nice room with sea view. We have stayed a few times before, and they have done some renovation. Ideal location for Cliffs Pavilion, easy to park, although you have to pay. Bar area is nice

Good hotel
Nice hotel in good location. We stayed here so we could take kids to adventure island. Stayed at radison blue last time which was twice the price and run down in comparison. Location not quiet as good but this stay was much more enjoyable. I would recommend if planning to go to adventure island. Short work and very friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay at Westcliff Hotel. On arrival your receptionist helped with the on street parking as we were having a problem with the Ringo app. Staff were helpful and curteous. Our room was clean apart from black mould around the sink and edges of bath. The top of the wardrobe was very dusty. We were going to put our suitcase there. It would be nice to have more compimenary milk and coffee provided.

So convenient. 2 min walk to the Pavillon for our show. Lobby and dining area very nice. Bedroom could do with updating but clean and comfortable. Great value, good breakfast included. Disappointing
Abit of a disappointment! Postives: Friendly service Decent size rooms, bathroom was big. In a good location Superior rooms come with lovely sea view Comfy beds Negatives: Cleanliness was lacking! Smears down side of wardrobe, bathroom with mould, although the seaview was lovely the outside of windows were so dirty you couldnt see out very well. We found a beer bottle lid on the floor as soon as we walked in, so it was obviously not cleaned well between customers! The restaurant is very expensive compared to the quality of the food, would recommend if you do stay you eat elsewhere. Dated decor, paintwork chipped on walls. Just overall feels like this hotel is trying to be something its not! Due to the dirty scruffy feel we would not recommend and unfortunately wouldnt stay again, which is disappointing due to its close location to beach, town and cliff pavillion
