How can I make a review to a hotel that didn’t let us stay at their place… We booked this hotel in January and the week before we were arriving now in October they told us they can’t accommodate us. Contacted them here but they never replied. We past by the hotel several times here in Venice and we saw people the whole time… so why couldn’t we stay here???? We had to get another hotel with a lot of stress to deal with just a week before our trip.

The hotel is situated on the Grand Canal. It is near the train station. The room was very comfortable. The hotel could use a facelift.

The hotel is a bit worn but has lots of charm. the room and bathroom were large. there was a fan for air conditioning and windows that open (not surprising for Europe). the only complaint was no hot water in the morning for a shower.

This property is not what you expect. no air conditioning Very old and out dated Falling apart Bathroom had mould on shower curtain that was half hanging off stains on the wall cracks in the shower. they need to do abit of TLC and it could be a nice property. it is walking distance to alot of places.

hotel was in a great area..room was clean and had a mini fridge..breakfast was wonderful..lots to choose from..wifi is only available in the lobby which wasnt that big a deal..the staff were all very friendly..bed was comfy..cool decor
