Terrible service at check in

The lady checking us in was the rudest person I have ever experienced in over 40 years of traveling!!! She absolutely hates her job and hates the guests checking in. The hotel is promoted as a good 3 star hotel, well it is not!!! the towels have holes in them, the air conditioning in the room cant be controlled, so you are either too warm or too cold. Overall, a terrible experience.
