We were booked in a room with flooded toilet, we notified the reception immediately and they gave a another room. In the new room we had no WiFi, towels, tea/coffee/milk was missing, 1 extra blanket - still we complained. All we got was promises and no action. The next day my wife made several calls to the reception and still they were working on their promises. Breakfast is a buffet but we had to ask for more food to be braught in the kitchen. The dining area is full of spiderwebs on the ceiling. I went to the reception to ask to speak to the manager. I was told he was not around. And promised to fix the problem later. We went out and came back at 21h00 only to be told that they were taking us to another room that have a WiFi. Toilet door doesn't close, shower partition is broken, water is spilling on the floor when one showers, toilet flush is very noisy. When we check out we were told we owe breakfast, which we paid everything in full when we check in. So in 2 nights we had 3 rooms from the hotel.
