The staff was excellent, but the room cleaning was very poor; the rooms smelled bad due to mold, and even the blanket was dirty. The food was superb—the complete opposite of the rooms. The pools were nice and very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The room cleaning was the biggest letdown—it was sloppy, and the bathroom was dirty. I switched rooms, but the next one was exactly the same.

The first thing dusted out to me when I got there is the way the place look it was beautiful the view. The atmosphere was amazing. Service was great. The workers were great. The room was great. Everything about this hotel was amazing. I could truly stay. I had an awesome time the bartenders food servers director place was amazing. I would highly recommend. I would definitely go again. It was clean. It was beautiful. It was definitely something out out of a book.

Room was clean, some staff were courteous and some seemed to be bothered by the guests. Food was cold didn't matter which buffet or restaurant. Pool chairs were being reserved by guests towels all day long so me and my husband could not enjoy the pools. Beach area not very clean until tractor showed up during mid day when it was busy. Shows could be upgraded as well.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, the food was excellent, the pools were spotless, the beach was beautiful, and the gardens were well cared for. Unfortunately, the room did not meet the same standard. It showed signs of poor maintenance, had a damp odor, visible mold in the shower corners, a loose toilet seat, and a leaking sink that required placing a towel on the floor. Aside from the room maintenance issues, everything else was excellent.
