Matchbox Room and Parking is a Scam
The hotel is not as nice I presented. The room was like a small matchbox and housekeeping only came if they are told the day before. The garage parking situation is terrible and should NOT be recommended if the hotel claims no responsibility for its actions. I validated my parking for $50 total for 2 nights only to be charged $50 plus $60 = $110 upon departure. The front desk clerks stated they weren’t responsible for the garage and informed me that I needed to communicate with the garage for any refunds. The garage staff informed me that the hotel staff didn’t know what they were talking about and I had to pay $50 and obtain a new ticket to come back. I obtained a new ticket that the hotel would not validate saying the initial ticket would suffice…it was a mess and I’m extremely disappointed.

Rented last minute. Rooms and facility are old stuffy for the price. Never could get the tv to work. Had to park at a garage and walk about 2 blocks to get to room which probably would have been if it wasn’t 3 am.

It gets the job done
The room wasn't wrong but the carpeting could use regular cleaning. The water pressure was a bit chaotic and it would have been helpful for someone to tell me that the signs about only using two elevators for the 5th floor weren't accurate. It wasn't until my last night that someone told me I could take any elevator I wanted and to disregard the sign. It was good for a solo trip. Nothing special.
