Apartment is in decent location with good private parking . I wasn’t happy about having to email a picture of proof of ID in these times of identify theft , but owners said was necessary as they are not based onsite & keys are left in a secure box. Apartment is a decent size , bedroom area clean but kitchen appliances & shower have been poorly cleaned , and as such we didn’t eat at the apartment. If these two issues got sorted would be a lot better .

We were unable to get into the apartment and had to wait over an hour for a member of staff to let us in. The apartment was not clean. The shower was blocked which caused the bathroom to flood and leak water downstairs. Only one small towel. Oven didn't work so we couldn't make any food. Couch had stains all over it. Cobwebs/spiders everywhere - clearly hadn't been cleaned. Some lights in the bedroom were broken. Cutlery and crockery in the cupboards were dirty. Would not stay again.

they aren’t loyal with the deposit dont trust!
Don’t use unless you have a spare £150 for a remote that was never there. Feel like Iv been robbed tbh and it’s like they was going to keep the deposit from the start for a remote that wasn’t there. Be careful id look else where.

I've been staying in this property many times and never had any problems. Until last time. At arrival i found out that there were no room keys in a safe. And people were already in a room. Cleanliness wasn't like before. Glasses were dirty. Sink wasn't clean in a kitchen, microwave was used and not clean . Also Found a hair in a bath. After calling HotlAparts deal House they apologised and offered room 5. It took about 10min. But still having a feeling of disappointment.
