About this condo

How close would you like to be to all the Vail action? If you were any
closer than Lionshead Center, you would have to learn to operate a
snowcat! This fabulous ski-in, ski-out condo at the base of the
Lionshead gondola has wonderful views facing Southeast towards the
picturesque Vail Mountain.

Recently remodeled to an upscale mountain modern theme, the home is
loaded with features and benefits. Entertain your crew with HD
TVs/DVD, a stereo, and ample comfortable seating. If you need to leave
this perfect location with a private washer/dryer, there is no need to
clean off your car because of covered assigned parking. There is even
a heated outdoor pool on the mountainside to splash away the time
between ski or mountain bike runs. This is your Vail home away from
home!

While you have some time at home, let's daydream together and plan
your next vacation. Inspiration is a good thing, and we look forward
to providing inspiration for your next great vacation. When you are
ready to travel, why not spend your vacation in a private home or
condominium that offers plenty of space and privacy?

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all
of our homes and condominiums, including:

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable
gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral
disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to,
counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use
special cleaning products that are effective towards killing
viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small
brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable
cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning,
including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet
knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with
others.

- Underground parking is available in the Lionshead Center Building.

- There is one parking space assigned per unit. Your parking space is
labeled "101".

- Additional or large vehicles must be parked in the public Lionshead
Parking Structure for a fee.

Please allow 2-3 hours time from DIA in Denver and 1 hour from Eagle
Airport.

Remember that mountain roads may be snow-packed or icy, and that you
may be driving at night.

From
Denver:Take I-70 West from Denver to Exit 176 Vail. At the bottom
of the exit ramp, enter the roundabout and go ¾ around to pass under
I-70. At the next roundabout, bear right onto the South Frontage Road,
heading West towards Lions head.

From Eagle:Take I-70 East from Eagle to Exit 176 (Vail). Bear right at
the bottom of the exit ramp (do not go into the roundabout) and drive
West on the South Frontage Road towards Lionshead.

Continued: Head past the Lionshead Parking Structure and the
Information Center.

Take the next left onto Lionshead Circle (if you drive under the
pedestrian overpass, you've gone too far).

At the bottom of the hill, you will see a bus stop. Pull through that
section, and immediately to the right you will see a "Treetops" sign
and also is the gate for Lionshead Center.

To the left of the gate are two keypads. Use the right-side keypad to
open the gate.

Proceed through the gate, and straight down the drive. To the right
you will find the gate to the garage. On the wall to the left of the
gate is a keypad.

Enter the garage and park in your assigned (#101) parking space.

Please return luggage carts to the garage after use.

Your ski locker is #17 & the combination is shown above.

Please use these lockers to store your ski gear. Do not store in the
unit—ski boots are very destructive to floors and floor coverings.
