Overall pleasant stay with some caveats
The location is convenient to the center of Puerto Ayora and close to some great restaurants / cafes like Midori and 1835 Coffee. Everything was clean, neat, with a lovely design. My only caveat is that we had a sleepless night on Dec. 30th because the house next door to the hotel decided to have a party and our room was the most affected because of the wall. Unfortunately, the hotel is not manned after 10 PM and the front desk had neglected to tell us that there was an emergency phone. We emailed and called the normal number several times, obviously to no avail. However, this is unlikely to affect the average guest since we were staying over a holiday period and our specific room was the closest to this neighbor - and just remember about the emergency phone! Moreover, we ended up being satisfied with the resolution provided by the hotel.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at.
What an amazing experience at Acacia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. My wife and our friends spent one of the best nights enjoying the pool and hot tub. The employees were very attentive to our every need. My wife had hip surgery a few months back and couldn't walk to dinner/excursions some of the days. The hotel provided us with a wheelchair to use as we wished , was a life saver. The breakfast was included with the room and they provided us with so much food we were full until dinner! The hotel was very close to the city centre where there's an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
