The room was clean the only thing was the bed wasnt level so you kinda rolled to one side and the microwave was inside the tv stand and the clerk didnt tell me the wifi password is on the key envelope

One of my first impressions of any hotel is the cleanliness of the filter in the heating/A/C unit. I was not impressed with this upon arrival. My wife has allergy issues and the lack of a clean filter of course contributes to colds and germs. I will say how surprised I am that these are overlooked and not cleaned more regularly in hotels. Anyway, I cleaned our room’s filter and this made our stay feel more clean. Overall, our room was very clean and the housekeeper attended to most details fine. Our shower ran out of shower gel. And over two days it was not refilled. Attention to some of these details would’ve made this a more perfect stay. That being said I enjoyed the bed and I would stay here again.
