Maintenance and housekeeping need improvement
My shower was broken and wouldn't change from scalding hot. I told the front desk, and assumed it was fixed, but the next morning, it was the same. Luckily our room had two showers so i used the other shower. Also, every day, new restocking supplies would show up under the bed. One was a bottle of the lotion that is normally locked to the bathroom wall, and a package of cookies.

Charge doesn't match the room type.
Hotel was nice. Beds comfy. Hot water was non existent. I took the most lukewarm shower I've ever taken. Never got hot. Also the trash bags didnt fit the bins. They were too small so you couldn't fit anything in them. I was there with my child and I couldn't fit the dirty napkins let alone regular trash in the bins.

Unfortunately we didn’t get upgraded because of gold status, they only offered for people who wanted to pay more.the room service was good, super fast. The first two days the cleaning lady didn’t clean and replenish the stuff properly. The third day was fine.
