Great place to stay. The breakfast was served for you but it was the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel since Covid times.

Holiday inn express is normally a pretty safe choice. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at one that wasn’t great. The bathroom was kind of half cleaned. It had hair all over the floor and tub. The staff was not mean but also not very cheerful either. They kind of acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay. Everything else looked pretty clean other than the bathroom.

From the time we checked in we felt safe and felt the lobby and rooms were very clean. This during the virus set our minds at ease. The staff at front desk was very nice and helpful!

Nice Hotel Appearance and staff was friendly. But my rooms had problems. The 1st room I was given had no hot water in shower. In the replacement room the coffee maker didnt work. I wouldnt make it my 1st option while staying in Orangeburg. But, they were listening to the complaints. I hope those issues were taken care of.

First room the ac didn’t work and did not have the king and queen bed as stated when booking Attendant took a long time to get us into another room. The second room the door didn’t work properly The ac cover was falling apart which was a hazard for my 3 year old We couldn’t take showers as there was dirt in the shower water and the water had a foul smell to it. Breakfast they gave us milk that was almost expired Don’t recommend this hotel
