This place is definitely mediocre. Don’t expect champagne on a beer budget. The front staff and maintenance were very professional and accommodating.
My problem is with whoever runs the reservations and accounting. I checked out on Jan 16. After endless back and forth with Expedia contacting the hotel because they ignored every message or call I sent, they finally sent my deposit back on Feb 4th. There is absolutely no reason why a business should hold someone’s funds that long with no explanation. They still haven’t paid the the additional money they owe ( requested a late check-out at 12pm, one hour after their 11am regular check-out. It’s an $30 charge per hour. I left at 11am but, they’re going off the original request even though, I informed them they day of, they have cameras in the lobby and Expedia has informed them) Yes, its $30 but, its MY MONEY. Needless to say, I would personally never stay here again nor recommend this place or any other place they’re affiliated with. Front desk, maintenance and housekeeping were more professional and courteous than the people who run the business.
I know I’ll never get the money that’s owed to me back because they’re ignoring my texts and calls…again. I just want to warn others that this business is a little shady so please be vigilant when you choose this place.
