Smelled like mold
When we arrived lady at the front desk told us the elevator is broken, we were on the second floor with 2 small kids. Lady at the desk said we could ask in the morning to see if there was any rooms on the first floor. Of course we asked the next morning, and there was nothing on first floor, we asked a few times throughout the day to no avail. Once we got to the room, it smelled of wet mold, there was blood on the curtain, the Ac unit did not have any control knobs on it, the shower curtain was hanging by a thread, it had a few screws on each side, the toilet ran all night, and the toilet paper holder was missing the tube. The beds did not have any comforters/blankets on them, just a couple of thin sheets. Once we got home we had to throw our clothes right into our laundry because they had the moldy/musty smell still on them.

Horrible facility.
Very dirty facility. Halls dirty, room filthy. Very poorly kept. Elevator wasn't working. Placed on the third floor. Stairs full of trash as was the end of the hall. Odor in the room. I would rate this a zero if given the opportunity. Wyndham should be embarrassed by this establishment. They need to do a review of the facility. We decided to leave after only a few hours in this hotel. Not worth it!

Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Experienced
From the moment we entered the facility it was a huge disappointment. The staff looked very unkempt and unprofessional. The floor was dirty with trash. The eating area where they serve breakfast was filthy with crumbs and trash the counters. Our room was not ready, and we were told that we just made it although the room was reserved. The elevator was not working, so we had to take the stairs to the third floor. There was a critter, dead cockroach to be specific in the stairwell as well as dirty mops. This hotel is just horrific. The sheets in our room had stains. The wash cloths had black marks we did not stay at all it was it stunk of mildew and mold, so we actually did not stay I think a total refund of our money is due, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I have no idea how they got three stars it should have -3 stars. It was really that bad and to top it off one of the staff members agree with us that the place is very uninhabitable.

Hotel Rip-off
First room nite room 323 door wouldn’t lock No towels no pillows no blankets no soap or shampoos no tv remote. Went to front desk requested all above was only provided 2 towels and 2 pillows from front desk managers personal room. 2nd from nite they changed our room and had all above.
