Need to update and repair
I have stayed at several Americans hotels in the last week traveling. I was very disappointed in this one the website says that the pool is open and it was not. The website also said they served a hot breakfast and I received a snack Togo. I stayed at a American in the next town 2 months prior and their breakfast was up and running. And finally the bathroom was a handicapped I felt it should be saved for the ones that really need it but the shower curtain was to short a water ran out onto the floor and soaked the floor causing a fall hazard for a handicap person also no hair dryer I went to the front desk and she just said I will take one out of the unoccupied rooms

Pool was closed, so I up graded to a suite. The suite was nice just no towels. Had to go ask for some, and they had no wash cloths. Bedding seemed unclean as well.

Well it's was to say the least dirty, and when I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk about these issues for a either a credit or refund or just be moved to a cleaner room was a negative that they were at capacity and so forth

Worst hotel experience
I had a terrible stay. I will never make this mistake. At check they took an extended deposit of $100 incase i smoke which am not a smoker plus this wasnt mentioned at booking. The sheets were terribly dirty. The AC wouldnt heat even at 80degrees it just kept making noise. The room had no curtains, only nets so no privacy. Just an overall terrible experience.

The worst hotel ive stsyed at. They had no breakfast like they said they would was told that pool was open and wasnt. The room smelled the blankets smelled of old feet. I will definitly never stay st an americinn ever agin.

Terrible didn’t even stay no one gonna put 100$ down on a room that stuff ain’t even worth 50$ let alone 100$ and the front desk dude was ignorant as well. Would never attempt to stay here again and would recommend no one to as well

Good location just off highway with lots of amenities nearby... it’s across the street from the mall, but room needed maintenance for a few things. I got a good rate but wouldn’t have been happy had I paid more.
