I was very upset with my stay. There are many things that were not acceptable. To begin: the mini fridge was leaking all over the room and left a sticky residue all over the floor. There was a lot of excess noise: yelling, doors slamming, screaming throughout the entire night. I was told at checkout a manager would be calling me later that day and it’s been almost a week and nobody has contacted me.

I liked everything except my room door and the outside door on the side had to be intentionally pulled shut to lock.

The service clerk was friendly and helpful. My room was cozy and clean. Two complaints was "loud talker" next door who made it hard to fall asleep and woke me up intermittently throughout the night and some light pollution from outside and the hallway. Next time I'll bring a mask, but I'm very nervous about sleeping through my way earlier than I usually get up alarms so I don't want to use ear plugs.

My experience started with a 20 minute check in wait with only 1 person I. Front of me and an obviously frazzled clerk that could not multi task checking in and Manning the phones. Then a family with 2 small kids was in the room next to us and the parents let their children scream, slam doors and run all over the room up until 8pm the night I checked in. I tried calling the front desk and after letting it ring no less than 15x I hung up. Thankfully they quieted down about 8:15pm. The next morning it all started again at 6:45am waking me up. I gave it 30 minutes and decided to go get breakfast and let the front desk know. The guy at the front desk said he would take care of it. Still an hour later they were still screaming and being ridiculously loud, I called again downstairs and he said that he had not had time to call or go to their room - NOT EVEN A CALL TO THEM?! We ended up checking out at 10am and I noticed that there was a different person at the front desk. I am assuming the first guy had no intention of dealing with it as his shift was over and he didn’t seem to like confrontation. Not a great experience but I will say the accommodations are Wonderful and clean. Customer service could use some help in dealing with a situation like this. I was in room 406 on 9/10-9/11 if a manager would like to actually address this situation.
