Room was fine, Hallways and outdoor smell like weed, room next to us was loud and people running and screaming in the hallway at night. We called front desk, never answer, I had to use my cellphone to call and the answered.

The staff was very helpful. The room was a great size. Finding the hotel was difficult as it is tucked away with only a small illuminated sign. The smell of marijuana filled all floors.

There were a family yelling up and down the halls until 1 am. I called front desk at 11pm and it still did not stop. I placed a wake up for 4 am to get shuttle at 4:30 am. I confirmed the call around 10pm. I DID NOT GET A CALL!! I was very upset because now I WILL miss flight due to protocol. The clerk told me ..."go ahead and right a bad review, I really dont care". I looked to the wall showing hotel owned by a Patel and told him i will contact this person. He said, "that plaque has been there for 10 years and that is not the owner but go ahead". He worked morning of March 15th.

Unfortunately I used my free reward night to stay here and it was a great mistake this supposed to be a smoke free hotel, every level smell like cigarettes smoke and marijuana even in our room the bathroom smell like cigarettes my son and I have asthma this stay as been extremely comfortable

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were in a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. Smoke kept coming in through the vents in the restroom during the night. The bed was horrible. The walls were paper thin. We could hear people out in the hallway like they were in our room. They allow parties apparently because there was loud music and yelling from multiple rooms around us for most of the night. There were also police present at one point in the evening. I will never stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had at a Best Western. First off this was a non-smocking hotel and from the moment I checked in, all you can smell is weed all through the whole building. That stinch lasted the whole night and they the morning. Then me and my family (5) stayed the night and it was only 1 washcloth in the room. So I went downstairs the front desk and advised the lady that we needed more wash Lou and she gave me one more saying that it’s only two washcloths aloud in each room. I asked her how my kids were supposed to wash up in the Koran’s she said that two washcloth in the room was policy. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here. Very disappointed and unsatisfied!

Due to Covid, I sanitized everything that my children would touch. While doing so, there wweee short hair strands in the tub and on the wall. I had one towel and the room was a family suite. Gladly, the giy brought us additional towels but were slighy damp. The comforter on both beds had stains and the new blanket that was brought to me also had a stain. Not sure if they should be using bleach since they are white and it's covid. I dropped some food on the floor and when i wiped it, it was so dirty that the wipes turned black. Not sure when the last time it was mopped. I bought bleach and threw it in the tub and the toilet and wiped everything with antibacterial wipes. Practically cleaned the entire room and we were only staying one night. But since I have small children, that was necessary. Be sure to bring slippers or don't walk around the room with just socks on because your socks will turn black. I won't be returning to this hotel. I have always loved Best Western and i have had no issues, especially with cleanliness, except for this one.
