We would stay here again and again if we could! My husband and I travelled with our 2 year old and we loved every minute of it. The staff was so patient and friendly with our daughter. They had kid-friendly activities that included letting the kids go up on stage to dance and a birthday party for the hotel mascot. Every day we came to our room and found a new animal made from towels, which my daughter loved. Thank you Carla for being amazing with our daughter! My husband and I enjoyed the other activities like the World Cup watch parties and the live mariachi. The food and drink options were good, the massage was great, and the location was perfect.

We stayed at RIU Playacar and were very satisfied with our experience. The food was excellent — everything was delicious, with a great variety, and we especially appreciated the good selection of seafood. We were given a nice room in building 7. It’s not brand new, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and left with only positive impressions.

Clean room was pretty good! Staff were awesome, very friendly. Buffet was delicious and full of options. Pool nice and clean. Something negative about the hotel was that it didn’t have elevators.
