I do not recommend you at all, service and cleanin
We stayed at this hotel under the assumption that it was a 5-star hotel, the hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast was good, but the service and cleanliness of the rooms were extremely poor, our room was not cleaned for two days, towels were not changed for two days, the toilets were not cleaned so there was no paper either toilet The hotel's service is on the face, the reception representative promised that she would reward us for 2 nights and to this day, a month from the day we were at the hotel, I have not received any reference by email from her even though she promised. I do not recommend this hotel, the service is not worth the money you pay. WorstIt's hard to believe that such bad service you could get in the Hilton hotel chain. It is a very high quality chain, but the hotel in Vienna was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. It's not enough that they didn't clean the room for two days, they promised that they would reward me and they didn't do it. The hotel representative was a liar.
