One and done
I’ve been pleased with other Crowne Plaza’s so expected the same from this one. This one was pretty old and not very welcoming. The room had a loud fan/heater which made it harder to sleep and the bed was not comfortable. For the price, it was not worth it, and we will not be staying there again.

I don't know how IHG companies do it, but they find impressive staff, from the people that work at the front desk to the shuttle drivers to the people that clean rooms. Everyone was patient and helpful. My daughter had an overnight visit on a nearby campus (which meant trips back and forth) and everyone was always eager to sign us up for the shuttle, drive us there and back, and offer information on the area. The rooms and other areas of the hotel were clean. The restaurant offered affordable meals. I will stay here again when I am in the area.
