Room for improvement
I thought it was a good hotel. Location is it best attributes. I thought guess tend to be extremely noisy during the day and night. I like that it had microwave and refrigerator. Also I thought water pressure was weak when taking a shower.

Ok resort, in a great location.
Nice resort that we would stay at again if needed. Location was great, and so was the pool/bar/sand area. Room cleaning was not great, and they don't finish cleaning until late. We were gone all day, and didn't return until 9pm, and our room was still not cleaned...they were finishing cleaning the room next to ours. The front desk receptionists were also very slow. I waited in line to get my key card unlocked (with 2 people in front of me) for almost 30 minutes while the 3 receptionists assisted other people. The rooms were updated, but the bathrooms were not. It's a good deal for the price you pay.

For the pics online it was a bit too hyped, it was a nice stay i would of enjoyed it more if i had a tv with channels to watch or even if the tv would let me connect my phone i would of been ok with it but all that was available was like 3 channels of commercials from the hotel and universal, but it was clean pool area is nice bar is not far gym is nice
