Unfortunately, at the reception, we received a room on the first floor with windows to a busy street, where we were disturbed by the traffic of cars... Unpleasant...Further above us, RECONSTRUCTION of part of the hotel was taking place - construction work, again very unpleasant. When we requested a change of room, we were offered a room in the courtyard hotel. A negative experience with the front desk manager who was not willing to deal with our matter. What surprised us was that they practically do not know your system. Hotels memeber, I was especially surprised that when we were at the reception, we expected, as a gold member of your program, a significantly better attitude of all members of the reception. I would like to appreciate the wonderful view from the 8th floor restaurant and the excellent service from all members of this restaurant…

Jut okay, not great.
The hotel is nice but not fantastic. They gave me an upgrade which was nice. My daughter’s room smelled of sewage but they did not seem to care at all. They thanked us for telling them. For wjat they charge, they could have made some kind of offer as a gesture. Compared to other 5 star hotels it was seriously lacking.
