Everyone staff member was friendly and accommodating. The room a little on the small side was still comfortable. The bed was nice, and the bathroom was very clean tidy and the water was hot. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable
The hotel room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. There was not enough towel racks in the bathroom. A hook on the back of the door would have helped. We know the room was small, and it may not be easy to do but we could’ve done with a chest of drawers to put our clothes. The restaurant for an evening meal was excellent. Breakfast wise very good with lots of choice and excellent service.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel. I stayed 3 nights at the 9th floor, the best thing was the view. There's very large windows and nothing front of it, I can enjoy the London's view and weather. also on ground floor there's starbucks, convinient .

Great city spot
Lovely modern hotel near to plenty of interesting London locations and convenient tube lines. The rooftop bar is perfect for a nightcap and recommend 1947 for tasty vegan authentic food nearby. The amenities in the room were a bit sparse for a 4 star hotel (no coffee maker just a kettle, no shower cap or moisturiser etc) and it doesn’t have a lot of character as a building but otherwise it was a pleasant stay and all the staff were very friendly.
