Boa localização, mas com instalações precárias
A estadia foi ok, mas nos sentimos decepcionados e lesados com a proibição ao rooftop do prédio (piscina, bar, lazer em geral). Fomos surpreendidos com um aviso de que a área está em reforma. Tudo bem fazer reforma, mas isso deveria ter sido avisado previamente (antes da reserva) e deveria até mesmo, influenciar no preço (que não é barato). Pagamos um valor mais alto pq sabíamos que usufruiríamos de uma área de lazer agradável, e lá, simplesmente fomos comunicados que não poderíamos subir. Apenas soubemos isso, enquanto tentávamos acessar o rooftop e o elevador não funcionava (não havia nenhum comunicado oficial- tive de questionar um funcionário para descobrir essa informação), pelo que percebi, outros hóspedes foram surpreendidos iguais. Outro ponto, é que as instalações estão muito velhas, o hotel todo precisa de reforma, quartos, banheiros, e estrutura em geral. A única coisa que salvou foi o EXCELENTE atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito cordeais e gentis.

Excellent place to stay i Santos
Very good service. Very courteous personnel. Very good bar service. Decor a little bit outdated and rooms could provide better closets. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The main drawback was having only two small elevators to serve a large number of rooms.

I was very disappointed by the condition of this hotel. It was dirty, and dilapidated. The room was very small and cramp. Very old furniture. In the shower, the soap dish had bad mold every where. The refrigerator was nicely stocked tho. The pool was over sold in the video and picture online made it seem like a grandp[l but in reality, very small, rundown. It was so bad my child cried and we had a better time at the beach, a mere 100 ft from the hotel. That all said, the hotel staff was very kind and polite. The hotel restaurant staff were very kind and the best part of the hotel. Very accommodating and even made a special breakfast for my last day. The house cleaning staff was very friendly. Overall, i will never go back to this hotel
