Great stay
Nice hotel with great view of the fountain. Only complaints are dim lighting in the room, super slow elevator (I chose to walk the stairs most of the time rather than wait) and no free parking. I parked on the street, Sunday was free and Monday was President’s Day so that was free too. Everything else was great!

Great stay but need to address details.
The stay was good. Room clean and comfortable. Overall clean but wonder why 2 wine glasses sat on the table by elevator from 4pm Saturday till we left at noon on Sunday. can not tell me to housekeeping or staff did not see and pick them up.

COVID-safe practices, excellent service!
We were nervous about taking a short trip during COVID, but Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown took EXTRA precautions to ensure our room was sanitized and everything was safe and clean. We will certainly be staying again! The only downside is that you have to make reservations for the pool, and it was difficult to get a time we wanted. However, we understood with the pandemic and were happy to comply because of the extra safety precautions being taken at every step from check in to check out!

Good
Its a nice hotel. The service is bad and the rooms need some improvements. my stay was not good at all. my room wasn;t ready at check-in and they dont metion anything to you about parking. if i had a choice it would be close to the last of any other hotel.

One of the best rooms I've been in
Our room was a double queen. Very clean, updated, and nicely furnished. We had a large TV, microwave, mini fridge and gorgeous bathroom. Water was very hot in the shower/bath so I was pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfortable and lots of closet space with a huge mirror. Very nice.

The room smelled like smoke for a non smoking room. The bedroom was dark no lights
