Mediocre stay.
We have stayed in Ramada's around the world. This one was dingy, did not have easy airport pickup as touted on the sight, no breakfast was incuded, and the bathroom was dingy and mouldy! Gross! The photos of the room on the website were a lie!

We needed a room at the last minute because of a flight cancellation during these trying times. The staff at the front desk was SOOOOOO helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the frequent shuttles to the airport were a blessing.

The only thing i like was the bed mattress, but not enough pillows and the only 3 pillows not comfortable. The couch had a small pillow that not only look dirty but smell terrible i don't think it had been in a washing machine seen the hotel been open. The one thing i hated me and my husband was that there were no curtains not dark enough that we stay awake all night. Its funny but the first thing we did when we got home was sleep all day because thst smell of people smoking near us was so bad that we couldn't breathe through our nose at one point! Ohhhh and the TV control didn't work so they brought us another one that half of the buttons didn't work. The phone inside the our room didn't work either so we where using our cell phone to get our controller chsnge. But customer service was great !!! I give it a 4 out of 10 but definitely not coming back in the future.

Not staying here ever again!
Shuttle driver dressed like he’s homeless. Picked me up in personal car which was old, filthy and even had trash in the floor. Front desk clerk was unfriendly, not welcoming at all... terrible service. Room had a filthy chair I couldn’t sit on. Stains on seat appeared to be Fecal and semen! Yuk!!
