We love this property, upon walking in check in was a breeze. Guys at the desk were always helpful, and nice. The cleanliness of the rooms is great! So close to downtown, fantastic restaurants near by. Breakfast at their sister hotel, Casa Mexicana is delish!

Very inexpensive and you get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep, so it was fine, nothing fancy. Although i do wish it had at least a queen bed instead of two doubles. Place is clean, staff is fine... and you even get breakfast at their sister hotel.

Safe, clean and within walking distance to all restaurants and shopping areas. My only negative is the noise on Saturday nights from the Fam Bar next door. The music starts at11 pm and quits at 4am.

Very good
This is a generally quiet part of town. It's near just about everything but just off the beaten path. I would give this 5 stars but on Friday and Saturday loud music kept us awake until 2 am. The music does not come from the hotel properly but it's very annoying. Breakfast and a pool is included but it's a few blocks away. We didn't mind the walk it was not really a problem

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here. Hotel is extremely clean, we stay in a suite, that way we have a kitchenette and a little more room. We have stayed for a month each time, like the location, close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast at a sister hotel is a big plus also. Staff is great. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Cozumel.
