Visiting the city

Most of the staff were nice, with the exception of the manager, Jennifer. She was the manager on duty and was having a loud argument with another employee. Then when the employee walked away, the manager talked badly about her; very unprofessional. The hallways were very hot to walk through, needed ventilation. For being a Hilton brand, there was quite a bit of TLC that the room needed. Window screens were torn, bathroom had no ventilation, and no hot water for 2 mornings.
