    Avoid this hotel if you can!

    Dirty, old and expensive hotel. They offer Shuttle from the airport but after waiting for 20 minutes and calling again, they said it would take 30 more minutes to arrive. We had to pay for Uber. The air conditioning system was broken so a pretty warm room. Avoid this hotel if you can!

    No sleep. Shuttle problems.

    Check in was great. We were told after we park our car at the long term lot, the hotel shuttle would pick us up. We double checked as the long term lot is not at the airport. We dropped off the car at 7:30 pm. We waited. We called. Called again. Took another shuttle. Took air tran. Arrived back at hotel at 10 pm. Despite the quiet hours sign there was a loud party on our floor. I sleep with ear plugs and it woke me up.

    I called to confirm our reservation 24 hrs before our arrival. Reservation confirmed. I asked about the breakfast, person tells me there is no breakfast bc of pandemic? I asked to speak with front desk, and she tells me there is breakfast in a bag. Bagel, cream cheese, fruit, etc. In the morning I get the bags, we got instant oat, apple and power bar. I was told they ran out of bagels. Bathroom was worse than a motel. Sink 10in in diameter, counter seperating from the wall, brown rust stains in the shower. When I called to confirm, I also told the person we would be checking in late. Our flight arrived arround midnight. Person tells us, Hampton in shuttle stops running at midnight, but we can take Hilton shuttle, which runs 24hrs. When I called from JFK, I was told that info is not correct, we need to get a taxi or Uber. Not very happy about the entire situation. Would not stay in this place again.

    The hotel was dirty and smelled like weed and urine. The bedding was disgusting. The 25 hour airport shuttle never showed up. Would not stay here again .
