Great large room Well kept grounds Unfriendly receptionist and disappointing enough to notice the cold reception And service . The first person you met upon arrival should have a least a bit of training on how to deal with clients spending big money for executive rooms . At least a smile and a touch of warmth . I get more warmth from my desktop . Prioperty is beautiful !

This hotel is a nice hotel but needs some serious renovations. The hot tubs are run down.The sauna and hot tubs should not be placed in the same area as the swimming pool. My husband and I were hoping to have a quiet weekend by the tubs and sauna but we were very disappointed with how noisy that area was because of families playing and splashing in the pool. The television in our room did not have a signal so were given a discount of $30 to compensate. Also, we were told that the vent in the fireplace was opened. A few minutes after we lit the fire we realized that the vent was closed. We inhaled fumes all night. We let the desk know about this awful experience but all we got was an apology.

The room was nice and clean. However, the total client experience was abysmal. Firstly, there are signs posted asking clients to remain quiet in the corridors. However, we could hear the cleaning personnel’s life stories for the whole time they were on our floor. Secondly, the room fees plus the security deposit were charged twice on my credit card, supposedly due to a “bug in the system”, thus freezing my credit by an amount more than 4.5 times the actual cost of the room for one night. Nobody informed me when they discovered the error, no apologies were offered when I later inquired about it. I was grudgingly told that the error would be corrected on my credit card within 5 to 10 days and that there was nothing else they could do. The hotel and Expedia should mention that an amount is added to the room fees as guarantee and for what reason.
