The staff is phenomenal, they make you feel like the most important person in the world, anticipating every need, finding new ways to make your day special. After spending 3 nights in Raj vilas our expectation in Vanyavilas was quite high when we arrived there Ratna personally greeted us and did the indian prayer ritual for me and my family even though we arrived early she made sure that there was no hiccups in the check in and also provided hot breakfast to us The staff took care of small things like hot water bags by the bed if you are feeling cold they packed ponchos snacks tea and coffee for the tiger safari even without our asking the staff was so so kind specially Justin Sunaina Ankush Abhishek They went extra mile to see that we are comfortable It was the best experience to stay there and to top it all we saw 4 tigers with the best safri team provided to us
