    Beware!

    Beware! They accost you at check-in with time share pitch. The front desk tells you your room isn’t ready and then you are escorted to the salesperson when you ask for the concierge. They try and sell you stuff the entire stay! It was unbelievable. Service was slow and everything is overpriced. The good part: property and rooms are beautiful! Maid service excellent! Taxi to the airport will cost you $90 USD. If you want to spend LOTS of money for basic service, food and lodging then this is the place for you. Will not be returning.

    Service Was horrible. They were understaffed even after tipping the service was not good they speak Spanish more than English which they should address the issues since staff don’t understand easily so they take time to address the problem . Checking is worst it’s is real nightmare

    Very nice rooms and property. The staff kept everything very clean, so important in this time of Covid. The meal plan we bought with the room was ok but not as good as an all-inclusive. Always having to sign tickets and we could not pay for anything with cash. I would stay here again but would prefer it to be an all-inclusive.

    Excellent staff

    The staff of playa grande was excellent. I do not recommend taking any of the “presentations” from ANYONE in Cabo. The free stuff taxis massages and sunset cruise are fun but not worth 5 hours of your day to decline pushy sales people. The staff of the hotel was excellent but the representatives from the rancho Cabo San Lucas and other time shares that are on site at the hotel do not represent the true nature of the excellent staff there and are separate. Even during covid everything was open and highly recommend this hotel.

    I was told we’d get an ocean view room, but instead they gave us a room in the back. Nice but away from everything Then they send you with some salesperson where they try to fool you into buying time shares or some other product Then a sucky brunch for $42 dollars? Then, the Taxy to the airport was 90 dollars? For a 25 minutes ride? That’s even more expensive than SoCal. Right...

    Grand Solmar Lands End

    The hotel is clean, friendly safe and they do make you feel like your enjoyment is top priority. The pools and grounds are stunning. The food and drinks are top notch. They are wonderful and making arrangements, rides, reservations. It’s also very quiet and relaxing with all rooms ocean front. I have yet to stay anywhere I like better. The location is perfect budding up next to the famous arches, making for a gorgeous walk along the beach. It’s also walking distance to the marina. It really is the perfect place to enjoy all Cabo has to offer.
