Love the location of the hotel: near the train in addition to the shuttle service. Room was clean, bed is comfortable. Not so nice: breakfast assortment was basically emptied by 7 am. Waiting on staff to refill was unpleasant. Room 110 had no cream for coffee. The shower hardware has become loose and is detached from the wall near the top.

Everything at the hotel is as you would expect from NH - clean, great public areas / restaurants, good menu choice, large room, perfect heating / ventilation, lots of bathroom supplies, big choice at breakfast that would suit everyone etc. One aspect that the hotel did excel in was the staff - breakfast front of house is so welcoming, and the gentlemen in the restaurant / bar were brilliant.
