My view wasn’t that great. Bed was a little uncomfortable although I think it was just me. I couldn’t settle on the pillows either. Everything else was fantastic!

This property is in the best location. The room was good but not for what I paid. The bed was not comfortable and had a dip on either side from wear, needs replacing. For 799.00 pounds per night my expectations are higher. Service was very good, staff also amazing.

Great service at the hotel. It was my wife's birthday and we were welcomed with champagne and a card for my wife. Staff are there to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are taken care of. I would recommend the Sofitel. BUT: What the hotel can improve on is the cost of their drinks and breakfast. £20 for a cocktail is too much given the competition in the area. I can go to a nice restaurant and have the same drink for £10 . We went to a highly recommended Italian and spent £180 for 4 people. Their cocktails were about £11. The hotel lost my business because they are overpriced and it is the west end. Likewise £32 for a full English breakfast is again far too much given the choice around I went for a 5 minute walk from the hotel and had a full English for £12 in an upmarket restaurant (not a cafe). They need to reconsider the pricing of the food and drinks. That way they will see more clients eat in.

It was truly amazing! First class hotel in the centre of Mayfair the staff are truly wonderful and attentive. Hotel offers such value and quality of the rooms. It’s in walking distance of everything from Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Fortnum and Masons what more can you want !
