Did not meet my expectations
My daughter stayed for one night as she had an exam the following day and the hotel is very near to the exam location. The room has no fridge and no microwave! When my daughter asked for a fridge, they provided a fridge for additional $10. When she asked to warm her frozen food that she bought from Trader Joe’s, the lady at the front desk refused and stated that they only warm food bought from the hotel! I thought that a Sheraton hotel would have a fridge and a microwave in every room! I also thought if there is no microwave in the room, the breakfast area in the lobby would have microwaves for guests’ convenience to use them as it is in Hilton brand hotels which I am a member in! My daughter ate her food cold at the night of the exam, this Sheraton did not meet our expectations.

Cutting costs and unclean
Room was not clean. And hotel rooms are quite old. Our first day, housekeeping never came. Only 1 small shampoo and conditioner for a 5 person room and only two towels. Had to keep going to the front desk for more.

Good place to stay, good price, clean & comfy.
I usually stay here when I have to travel to San Jose for work and my office there is about 1mi. away, so it’s convenient. The room was clean, bed & pillows comfy and service is great. Now my dislikes- there isn’t any microwave, refrigerator and in my rooms for my last 2 or 3 trips, the shower fills up with water. After about 1min, the water is already above my toes and in some area in the shower, up to my ankles. Also, their isn’t breakfast but was told the restaurant is now open for breakfast but isn’t open for dinner. Will I stay again, more than likely but if I may also choose to go elsewhere that do prove those things going forward.

Echoes of a decent hotel
We stayed for two nights while visiting family in Milpitas. The hotel is aging and while it must have been lovely when new, it is badly in need of updates now. The low ceilings outdated lights make for a dark room, even with the patio door. Sheets were stained with iron burns and made a bad impression about the cleanliness of the facility. The front desk asked if we would like daily housekeeping to which we said no, but they came anyways. There was no door hanger to place to not be disturbed. A decent low budget option but would recommend the Sonesta across the street
