What a wonderful hotel. Firstly its location is perfect, 2 minutes from the sea and just down the road from the market and Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave are luggage before check in and after check out. The room was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the park and the sea. The bed was very comfortable and the shower, perfect! Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and all delicious. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We paid a premium for a room with a balcony over looking the beach. What we got was a corner view of the beach and a park in front of us with a dog park where the dogs begin barking at 8 AM. Not worth the money.

The Albert 1er hotel is a very pretty, deco, little hotel, in a great location. The rooms are not too large and we found that our room was very tight for two people with luggage. Unfortunately, our television was not working in our room which was too bad. The staff were incredibly nice. They were pleasant, helpful and professional. As for the breakfast, it was just okay. I would recommend that fresh fruit be served instead of preserved fruit as well a some low calorie items. I was just happy to have my coffee and a baguette. We would definitely stay again but make sure to travel with less bags.

friendly reception staff. had to carry luggage up a few steps before the elevator. air conditioning was not as cool as we would want it to be. just a few steps to a public garage and the beach. a lot of cafes and restaurants around the area. Shopping district nearby. Left my sunglasses on my bed and it disappeared after we returned. Not sure what happened

Breakfeast was great, staff was great, it was very clean and a perfect size room / bathroom. Right next to the beach, old town, etc. Great hotel and would recommend if you’re going to Nice!

Great location just a short walk to the beach and shopping areas. A fantastic amount of restaurants nearby which made things easy to find great options for lunch/dinner. Aircon was a boon in the extreme heat when we visited. Could be noisy at night as near to a park which held a festival when we were there but not a real issue.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. The room we stayed was on the 6th floor and we enjoyed the view and the sense of openness even though it did not face the ocean. Not spacious, and the bathroom was tiny, but despite that we had a great stay.

Our room was small but well laid out and very smartly decorated. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would choose a larger room without a view next time. Overall a wonderful hotel in a great location. The air conditioning works extremely well too!!

Second stay here and already looking forward to our third. Staff were so friendly and welcoming; location is perfect; decor was stunning; breakfast space does get busy at peak times which is to be expected, but a good selection of food available. We won’t be staying anywhere else in Nice!
