Perhaps best hotel in Memphis
Appeared to be a new hotel. Supposedly opened in 2021. Hotel was very nice in appearance, bed’s probably most comfortable I have ever slept in. I usually like to stay at The Peabody but noticed rooms at Peabody were nearly $400 per night and didn’t feel like paying 1k for a two nights stay. Rooms here were very reasonable at $158 per night. So a little over $400 for a two nights stay. Also liked the security features they had in place had to have a key card to access your floor and room. Also rooms were completely sound proof and modern with a 60 inch crystal oled tv very nice.

Good location but…
Great location and roof top bar. Our room was not made up and getting anyone to simply bring towels to the room became a 4 call overnight ordeal…great location and amenities, just lacking in basic innkeeping…

Long Weekend in Memphis
The location is perfect for exploring Memphis. Easy walk to Fed Ex Forum, National Civil Rights Museum/Lorraine Hotel, Beale Street, and lots of restaurants. Short drive to Graceland, Sun Studios, and Stax Museum. The rooftop bar had a great view. Highly recommend.

Great location and amenities
The hotel is first class and is in an excellent spot to enjoy the nightlife on Beale Street. We did utilize the weight room and went up to the rooftop bar for a short period of time (has a nice view of the river). The room was clean and nice and worked perfectly for our vacation stay. With some added fees (taxes and valet parking)...plan on spending a little more than advertised.

6/10 Good

Didn’t have my king bed room type ready I’m arrival at 5PM. Offered 2 queens with a “river view”. This room was handicap accessible which was not needed. There is no counter space in bathroom. The light/mirror frame was chipped and the automatic blackout current did not work. We did not stay the second night for other reasons. When I checked out the person behind the counter asked only for my room # and I was told to put my cards in the container. Was not asked if I wanted a receipt or e-mail receipt or why I was checking out early. They didn’t seem to care much.

Access to Beale St. unparalleled for the price!
Lovely, updated hotel. Access to Beale St. was STELLAR! Beds were beyond comfy. Requested an item from front desk, took 5 calls over 2 days but eventually taken care of. Pool needed to be cleaned. Would def stay again!

6/10 Good

Good hotel, bad staff
Physically the hotel was great. Location is close enough to Beale Street and the street car routes. The staff OTOH...the best example I can give is that the room was never serviced during our stay. When we asked for some coffee pods (2) and condiment packs, instead they delivered 2 coffee makers? And instead of dropping them in the room (we were out at the time), they were just placed in a trash bag at the door. The trash was never emptied, but luckily we were just there for a few days.
